First year Interview admission of BSFMSTU on 29th December

Preliminary results of admission tests have been published for the first year of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Science and Technology University (BSFMSTU) established in Jamalpur. According to the merit order, 720 students in A-unit, 180 students in B-unit and 180 students in C-unit have been selected for interview. The admission interview of the successful students will be held on 29th December. The merit list for admission in six departments under the five faculties of the university has been published on the university's website after being handed over to the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Syed Samsuddin Ahmed on Tuesday (December 21). Students can see the results on the university's website . Besides, the university authorities have informed the students by sending a message to the mobile number given by the concerned. A statement from the university's registrar's office on Thursday said the results of the GST admission test had been used to prepare the merit list. If the total number obtained in the admission test is equal to - in the case of A-unit in Physics and Chemistry; - Bengali and English for unit B; In the case of C-Unit, merit list has been prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in Accounting and Business Organization and Management. Interviews of the initially selected candidates will be held on December 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Academic Building of the University (Melandah, Jamalpur). Admission seeking students who have a place in the merit list must be present at the interview. Admission test should be accompanied by original entry form signed by the inspector, original certificate of SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent (if applicable) and number sheet and original registration card of HSC examination. However, even if you are not able to bring the original documents due to being admitted in any other educational institution, you have to submit the attested photocopy of the mentioned documents and the original receipt of admission fee deposit, original admission form as proof of admission. However, the admission will not be completed without submitting the original admission paper. Besides, in case of admission in BSFMSTU, one must attend the interview. Necessary steps will be taken later for admission of applicants in different quotas. Candidates will be selected according to the next merit order subject to the vacancy allotted for admission.
